I'm working on a video project which required the "Mission Accomplished" footage. Was unable to find it on net. So pulled a copy off Fahrenheit 9/11, using only center channel audio. This eliminates the (copyrighted) background music in the movie, stripping it to to its "stock footage" essentials.

I was editing this with premiere and I noticed that the mission accomplished kept on flashing during his speech. Has anyone else noticed this?
